It all depends on what kind of a party is being thrown. A buddy of mine had a lingerie party before her wedding, to which all the guests brought the bride-to-be a gift of some type of sleepwear or lingerie for the honeymoon. I've also been to bachelorette parties where everybody brought some type of goofy gag-gift, or silly party favors from an adult store (somebody brought sparkly purple party antennas with *I'll let you guess what* bobbing from the ends of the antennas, hee hee). If it's a a lot more formal party, possibly bring a more significant gift, or a bottle of wine. Since you probably do not want to ask the bride-to-be what is appropriate, come across out who is throwing/organizing the party, and ask them! :)
