We're big fans of the dollar store for prizes. The quirkier the far better! You can discover all sorts of funny stuff there like New Children on the Block notebooks, etc.

If you do not want to go that route I would look at Starbucks gift cards, candy, books (bargain bin at barnes & noble), or possibly something from The Body Shop ie lotion, cream, etc.

If she's talking about her Ex's and sex with her Ex's, I think she's performing so to attempt and make you really feel bad. This is not a very good sign.

Giving you the whole story. My friend is having a wedding. So far she keeps tacking on much more and a lot more issues I will need to do or acquire for being a bridemaid. So far my dress, hemming, shoes, and unique bra has cost me about 320 dollars. Now she is wanting me to take my dress back to the alterations to get something completed to the train for the reception (so it doesn't sit on the floor) so I can dance in the dress. First of all, I asked her if I could change into something less difficult to wear for the reception (so i can enjoy it far better, and the dress doesn't get stepped on, ruined, dirty) and she agreed. She just took it back AND is tacking on yet another expense (which personally, I'm most likely not going to do due to the fact aside from david bridal's alterations place... i doubt any of the other places will know what to do, and how to do it properly). Not to mention for her bachelorette party she wants to eat dinner (and have us cover it)... go downtown (and have us get her drinks...)... AND hold her party. I'm not produced of cash.

And soon after she tells me all this...she also informs me... that she is cancelling the bridemaid luncheon trigger she can't afford it. Her parents are paying for everything except component of the honeymoon... I've invest around 320 dollars on becoming a bridemaid (not including the gift)... and she can't afford to treat us all to a lunch?

I mean if you look at it... 6 bridemaids... without alterations, shoes, accessories, hair, nails, makeup, and all the other issues we want for the dress... combined we've spend 1050$ on the dress itself. Add in everything plus bachelorette stuff... and she cant afford to purchase us lunch. I wouldn't care if it was at subway at this point... I think we deserve a small some thing. :(

Am I wrong to be Angry and frustrated about this.

I most likely make the most income out of all her bridemaids, and i'm having to sacrifice and do alot of hardcore budgetting for an ugly dress that will in no way be worn once more (it's not useable anywhere.)

Do you get far more income from it all then your spending? Hate to say it but she is pretty selfish. I understand that she is also quite stressed because she is acquiring married! I feel that if your mad you shouldn't say it to her face proper now. It is a delicate time for her right now. She can't afford a fight. My two maids of honor (who are my two greatest friends) are truly irritating me. I didn't understand it at 1st, but the only things they have been interested in are the "fun parts" of the wedding. They had been super excited to go choose out dresses, I let them pick their own, and they have been planning my bachelorette party fundamentally because I announced our engagement.

I haven't asked for a lot else of them, as I haven't wanted this to be stressful for every person. And however I now locate out that they probably won't be coming to my bridal shower. Apparently they "didn't know" what day it was and haven't been able to request that day off from work. We are still 3 weeks out. The invitations had been sent out but they say that they didn't get them. Even just a week ago we had been talking about it and I reminded them of the date. One said, "well, like 6 people have already requested that day off, so I don't feel I will get it off. How the fuck would she just magically know this off the leading of her head?
I know that they are busy, but seriously, becoming a bridesmaid isn't just about prancing around looking all fancy and enjoying the party. They are supposed to support the bride as well. Am I being ridiculous about this? I feel hurt that they can't jsut be there for me. I have confronted them, and they act like I in no way told them about it and there's absolutely nothing that can do. How would you feel in this situation?

The fundamental setup is the same: a group of 15-35 females watch (and engage in sexual activities with) male strippers, which includes fellatio and actual sex.

Given the numbers of female participants, it is evident that they can't be compensated for their performance. It would just not be price-effective. My understanding is that the internet site owner places an advertisement in a nearby paper offering a No cost bachelorette party (with venue and drinks included), and the girls come and do their thing, which, as I said, appears to be reckless, wholesale oralsex with complete strangers, in front of dozens of other ladies.

I've been to my share of bachelor parties, and I can tell you that Absolutely nothing like this occurs. This isn't to say that issues don't occur at bachelor parties they definitely do, but never does it happen so openly and so brazenly. And I can't recall ANY guys going downtown on a female stripper.

However, in these videos, the girls are - uninhibited isn't even a good enough word to describe their behavior.

My brother, who is a New York Police Officer, told me that this is in truth what occurs at these all-male revues. If this is the case, why on Earth is any man produced to feel guilty for attending a bachelor party?

Two possibilities come to mind - The first is to check out the possibilities for an occasion at La Bare on NW Hwy (see their site at http://www.labaredallas.com/) They are closed M-T and have amateur night Thursday. Ask ahead if they are having a "full Monty" night -- you can also check out their private bookings.

The other possibility is to ask around for a FYP rep- it is for your pleasure - a Tupperware party style "adult toys" firm. Have a great dinner on Lower Greenville, then head for a private party/shower for the bride - FYP or a lingerie/round the clock shower. For the "round the clock" each guest is assigned a time and asked to bring something for the bride that she could use at that hour. It can get fairly exciting to see what men and women think of for the early am hours - great for laughs with your best girl friends!
